Updated Version Coming Soon
We are improving the column detection for Indian bank statements. The current version may not align all columns perfectly — please review the output before use.
Tip: Works on digital (text-based) PDFs only. Scanned/image PDFs need OCR first. Best results with bank statements, ledgers, and structured reports.
Upload a PDF — rows and columns are auto-detected from text positions. A live preview appears before you download.

Scanned PDF detected — no extractable text found on page 1.
Enable OCR mode to use Tesseract.js (English). Works best on clean scans; may be slow on large files.

Frequently asked questions
Is this a legally valid signature?
This places a visual signature image on the document — the electronic equivalent of signing a printed page. It is widely accepted for everyday business, but it is not a cryptographic digital signature certificate (DSC); use a DSC where the law specifically requires one.
Can I use a photo of my signature instead of drawing?
Yes. Use the Image button to insert a PNG or JPG of your signature — a PNG with transparent background looks best.
Is my signed document uploaded anywhere?
No. Drawing, placing and saving all happen in your browser. Neither the document nor your signature is transmitted.
