Reporting a problem
If a tool didn't work as expected, it helps a lot if you include:
- Which tool you were using (e.g. Merge, Compress, PDF to Excel)
- Your browser and device (e.g. Chrome on Windows 11)
- What happened, and what you expected to happen
Please don't email us your confidential documents. We never see your files (they are processed on your device), and we'd like to keep it that way.
Suggestions
PunchPDF grows based on what users ask for. If there's a PDF task you wish it handled, tell us — the most requested tools get built first.
